 1.  Children’s  Winter Outing                                                                                                                                                           

      Place: Ice Skating, Tri County Ice Arena, 700 E. Shady Lane, Neenah

      Date: Saturday February 7, 2004

      Time: 2 pm

      Misc:  Pizza and drinks will be provided by Association; Fees and Rentals to be paid   by individuals.

 2.  India Nite – Adult Talent Show                                                                                                                                                  

      Place: UW-Fox Valley Center, 1478 Midway Road, Menasha

      Date: Saturday May 1, 2004

      Time: 2 pm to 8 pm

      Misc:  Pizza, Sandwitches  and drinks at COST.

 3. Children’s Summer Movies                                                                                                                                                          

      Place: UW-Oshkosh -  Exact place and room to be decided later

      Date: Saturday June 19, 2004

      Time: 6 pm

      Misc:  Pizza and drinks will be provided by Association.

 4.  Cricket Game

      Date:   Saturday August 7, 2004

      Time:  8 AM onwards

      Misc:   Bring your own picnic lunch and drinks.

 5. Annual Picnic                                                                                                                                                                                 

      Place: Tentatively at Jefferson Park, Menasha -  Exact place to be decided later

      Date: Saturday  August 21, 2004

      Time: 2 pm onwards

      Misc:  Potluck consisting of 4 to 5 varieties of food preparations. Association to provide Corn and Watermelon.

 6.  Octoberfest                                                                                                                                                                                    

      Place:  Downtown Appleton

      Date: Saturday  September  25, 2004

      Time:  9 am  to 6 pm . Volunteers to work during specific time periods.

 7.  September/October 2004     Annual  Foods of All Nations Program.   Date and Time to be confirmed                          

 8.  October 2004     Annual  InDUS- 2004  Date and Time to be confirmed                                                                               

 9. September/October 2004     Annual  SHAMA 2004 in Stevens Point.   Date and Time to be confirmed
